About these terms
These terms apply when you use armchaircombat.com or the free Armchair Combat preview supplied by GroupCore Ltd. By using the service, you agree to them. If you are under 16, ask a parent or guardian to review them with you.
A fictional entertainment product
Armchair Combat is a fictional strategy/action game. It is not flight instruction, weapons training, military advice or a system for controlling real vehicles. Drone specifications, missions, intelligence and outcomes are invented or simplified for entertainment. Do not rely on them in the real world.
Permission to play
We give you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive licence to use the free preview for lawful, non-commercial play and to record or stream your own gameplay. You may monetise ordinary gameplay videos, provided you do not imply that GroupCore endorses you or that your content is an official release.
You must not redistribute the application as your own, sell access to it, remove ownership notices, use it to break the law, interfere with the site, probe private administration systems, upload malware, automate abusive requests or attempt to control real-world equipment through it.
Availability and changes
This is an evolving, free preview. We may add, remove, rebalance, suspend or discontinue features, missions, downloads or the site. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every device, preservation of locally stored progress or a future paid edition.
Your device and saved data
You are responsible for keeping copies of anything you want to preserve. Clearing browser storage, changing browsers, deleting files or updating software may remove local progress or replays. Only download the application from a source you trust and use appropriate device security.
Intellectual property
The game, website, artwork, software, names and other material are owned by GroupCore Ltd or used with permission, except for material expressly identified otherwise. These terms do not transfer ownership to you.

Clearly labelled promotional links lead to independent websites. Their operators are responsible for their content, availability and terms. A link does not guarantee or endorse a product unless we expressly say so.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Subject to that, this free preview is supplied as available for entertainment. GroupCore is not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when you used it, business losses arising from personal use, or loss caused by events outside our reasonable control.
