Keep ownership; give us permission to use it
You keep ownership of original material you submit. You give GroupCore Ltd a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, non-exclusive right to review, copy, adapt, combine, publish and use the submission for developing, operating and promoting Armchair Combat or related GroupCore products.
This permission is needed because another player or our team may independently suggest something similar, and because turning an idea into a feature usually changes it substantially. We do not promise payment, credit, confidentiality, implementation or a response.
What you promise
You confirm that you are 16 or over, or submitting with a parent or guardian; that you are allowed to send the material; and that it does not contain malware, illegal content, personal information about someone else without permission, confidential information, or intellectual property you do not have permission to share.
Screenshots and safety
Crop screenshots where possible. Remove names, messages, account details and anything visible outside the game. Attachments are private by default and are not published automatically.
Moderation and removal
We may reject, delete, retain or act on a submission at our discretion, subject to our legal duties and the retention information in our privacy notice. If you included personal information and want to exercise a data-protection right, contact info@groupcore.co.uk and quote your submission reference if available.
